• Following the separation of IXOM from Orica in Mar 2015, I continued to hold commercial accountability for the multimillion-dollar Bulk Liquids & Industrial Gases business and was tasked by the executive leadership.
• Delivered the final draft of the growth strategy forecasting growth in a mature market;
• Realised immediate savings in the Shipping business to ensure business continuity;
• Secured new multimillion-dollar volume arrangements to protect critical volumes underpinning supply chain success.

• Holding accountability for the multimillion-dollar Bulk Liquids & Industrial Gases business, I was invited to lead a major evaluation exercise assessing the financial viability of new LNG contracts, and then manage.
• Secured 3 landmark contracts, developing a business unit capable of resourcing and converting bids into viable projects;
• Renegotiated base oil supply contracts to deliver significant savings positively impacting the Orica bottom line;
• Reduced ongoing costs, decreased waste and increased service of KOH supply, enabling market position preservation.

• Promoted during a period of transformation, I implemented business and market aligned strategies for commercial activities across the business to stabilise performance following a series of operational challenges..
• Stabilised bottom line performance and delivered growth beyond expectations over 2 years;
• Secured new products to deliver a multimillion-dollar annual revenue stream and key volume growth, managing implementation across the supply chain;
• Introduced new distributorships to improve gross margin, leveraging capabilities to engage new customers and grow the business.

• Appointed to guide the Metal Business, my remit expanded in 2009 to devise a market protection and growth strategy for the Mining Chemical portfolio. Owning P&L accountability for a multimillion-dollar business, I.
• Delivered 400% bottom line improvement and moved slow moving stock within 6 months in post;
• Protected profitability in 2010 despite a reduction in revenue due to mine closures, progressing to grow the bottom line by 33% in 2011;
• Recognised by Orica for exceptional performance, winning ‘Young Professional of the Year’ in 2011 and contributing to ‘Team of the Year’ in 2009 and 2011.
