Responsibilities include advising customers on customizing ophthalmic products and services to fit their everyday lifestyles and utilizing best-selling practices to increase business and drive sales.

Responsible for aiding customers with billing inquiries, technical problems with various smart phone devices, and selection of products and services catered toward specific activities and lifestyles.

Assisting customers with eyewear selections, educating on proper care and maintenance of purchases, making suggestions on which items best suited their everyday activities.
