Senior Information Systems Operation Engineer
Current•Serve as acting leader of Washington, D.C. Information Systems Office.•Provide IS support for trials and attorney retreats. •Patch on-site servers with the latest updates, perform server backups when necessary. •Set up video teleconferencing between Howrey’s DC office and other Howrey offices and clients. •Handle all incoming helpdesk calls: service, escalated service, emergency service as well as special situations from the CIO, the main help desk, IS directors and IS managers. •Train and assist technicians with trouble-shooting, fixing and configuring hardware/software issues. •Submit suggestions to change procedures to improve performance and effectiveness of the IS department. •Write procedures and distribute documentation to customers and technicians for installing and configuring software. •Attained excellent customer satisfaction and three Howrey Star Awards for excellence and teamwork.
