As the General Manager - Enterprise Reporting at Ventia, I drive enterprise-wide reporting to enable transparency, informed decision-making, and data-driven results. Ventia is a leading essential infrastructure services business with a large footprint across Australia and New Zealand, and I joined the company in November 2021 as part of its acquisition of Kordia Solutions Australia, where I was the Chief Financial Officer for four years.I have over 10 years of senior executive experience in financial, commercial, and operational management across various industries, including construction, engineering, telecommunications, and industrial services. I have successfully led and delivered business strategy development, business planning and budgeting, process and organizational change management, financing, working capital and cash management, capital management, business analysis and due diligence, management and statutory reporting and analysis, and operations management. My mission is to leverage my data-driven approach, CFO experience, and transformation skills to create value for Ventia and its stakeholders.
