I'm the proud father of twin daughters and the founder of Upstream Enterprises, an organization dedicated to improving peoples personal and professional lives. Through a passionate journey of research, exploration, and refinement, I developed the Cognitive Transformation Model™ - an evidence-based approach proven to effect lasting personal change.This approach is the foundation of several programs I provide such as “Beyond the Barriers”, a program to help jail and prison inmates understand, overcome, and change the trauma, thinking, and emotions behind their addiction and behaviors. My tried-and-true approach has provided manifestations of success in the personal lives and professional workspaces of teams and organizations such as Fargo Public Schools, Sanford, Bytespeed, Down Home, and Spotlight Media.I'm the graduate of MSUM with a degree in Mass Communication and began my career in advertising and marketing as a graphic designer, account executive, and general manager. I ran my own advertising agency for 14 years until I could no longer ignore a persistent higher calling. With my personal background of overcoming abuse, domestic violence, trauma & anxiety coupled with a strong professional experience as an entrepreneur & business leader, I utilizes my unique insight and passion to help my clients and audience reach their highest potential.
