Manager Operations
Current- Develops, maintains, and updates project documentation and program file systems.
- Manage project level activities which include but is not limited to critical path monitoring/alignment, procurement, resource loading/forecasting/conflict resolution and critical path risk identification/mitigation.
- Estimates revenue and customer costs based on provided estimating tools and works with others to develop estimates.
- Schedules work and crew make ups with scheduler for internal and external use.
- Proactively identifies and resolves potential issues to avoid problematic situations.
- Manages and monitors project progress, risk, and the quality of the customer experience.
