I was responsible for leading teams of design professionals through the planning, permitting and construction phases of various projects. Beyond managing the projects, I have personally completed wetlands delineations, permitting and mitigation, endangered species and invasive species surveys, reforestation plans, GIS mapping and other ecological studies for clients. My project management responsibilities have included marketing and business development, proposal writing, subcontracting professional services, management of employees, public meeting presentations, billing review and project close-out.

I was the Sole proprietor of White Environmental Services. Established in 1991, White Environmental Services provided environmental services for clients throughout New Jersey and Pennsylvania. Services provided included environmental impact studies, environmental resource inventories, GIS mapping, reforestation plans, trail planning, endangered species surveys, wetlands studies & permitting, and wetlands mitigation. I provided expert testimony for clients at Planning Board hearings in municipalities throughout New Jersey and served as an Environmental Consultant to the Greenwich Township, Roseland Borough and Montville Township Planning Boards. I also testified as an Expert Witness on a client’s behalf before the NJ Office of Administrative Law.

I was employed as a Project Manager 2 within RETTEW’s Natural Sciences Department at their Nazareth, PA office. As a Project Manager, I coordinated a variety of projects which involved RETTEW team members from multiple service areas including civil engineers, surveyors, drafting and environmental scientists. Projects included an infrastructure assessment of the Lehigh Valley Zoo, a wetlands mitigation project in New Jersey and wetland permitting for an expansion of the Sussex County Airport in Delaware. I was also responsible for marketing of services within NE Pennsylvania and preparation of proposals for natural sciences projects.

I created the Environmental Department for this small civil engineering company in northwestern New Jersey. I provided environmental consulting for residential and commercial development projects including wetland delineations & permitting, environmental impact studies, threatened and endangered species surveys, stream encroachment permits and flood studies.

I worked on a state-wide fish parasite inventory while working as a Summer Intern for the NJ Division of Fish and Wildlife. My duties included collection of fish, laboratory dissection of fish and identification and categorization of parasites.
