As a subject matter expert in the fundamentals of market area research, scalability, and people, I partner with investors and organizations to enact change across their communities through real estate. Within my approach, I work to understand the investor needs by engaging various stakeholders (GCs, cities, community stakeholders, developers, appraisers, agents, etc.), assessing risk, evaluating opportunities, and partnering across teams to devise and chart a path forward. Executive leadership, collaboration across teams, and effectively managing organizational change are key.
