I am an engineer with an education in nuclear engineering and chemical engineering, always looking to learn more and to applythat knowledge. I began my career making radiation detectors for a small company, focusing primarily on process improvementand standardization. I then moved to Consolidated Nuclear Security, LLC. where I worked as a system engineer. There, I builtand advised on work packages using field data and legacy documentation. I most recently worked for the Oak Ridge NationalLaboratory as a hot cell process engineer. My work included mechanical design and fabrication, as well as direct work withoperators and researchers alike to carry out experiments on irradiated fuels. More recently, I have decided to move back to myhometown of Mobile, Alabama.I also have a bachelor of science degree in chemical engineering from Auburn University. My interests include nuclear reactor design, nuclear physics, heat transfer, electrical engineering, electronics, computer systems, coding, and data analysis.
