Data Quality And Evaluation Immunization Program Consultant 2
-Develops and implements procedures needed to identify, track, and resolve data quality issues with LINKS.-Independently develops, updates, and maintains the LINKS data quality plan.-Monitors LINKS to identify and investigate the cause of data quality issues.-Develops an evaluation plan to assess the data within LINKS based on immunization community defined guidance. Uses the evaluation outcomes to create and implement processes and procedures to resolve data quality issues, either through improved system functionality or other tools. -Reviews existing business rules related to data quality, such as duplicate records resolution, vaccination updates, and record ownership.-Develops, evaluates, implements, and reviews business rules related to data quality.-Develops and supports quality assurance processes for evaluating Health Level 7 (HL7) interfaces and other data exchange processes. -Develops and maintains processes and procedures to adequately test new system functionality, system releases and patches.-Develops and conducts daily processes and procedures to monitor data quality and repair incorrect data.-Conduct vaccine configurations and management. -Assists regional staff with creating new and editing existing organizations and facilities in LINKS.-Assist regional staff with reporting, lot decrement issues, vaccine loss reports, and other inventory inquiries.-Monitor and provide support for LINKS consumer access portal, MyIR Mobile.-Analyzes LINKS data and provides reports regarding immunization performance. Provides technical assistance and training to staff, local health departments, healthcare providers, and other system users statewide to improve LINKS data quality. Works with staff, contractors, and other partners with onboarding and meaningful use activities. Promotes quality standards for immunization data.
