MDP Section Sergeant (December 2014-December 2015, and September 2018-present)• Our primary task was to provide air coverage and early warning in support of the President of the United States and work with all supporting government agencies to ensure safety and security on all missions. • Led over 86 mission days with 6,327 logistical miles of movements within the Continental North American Aerospace Defense region with over $16 million worth of equipment and sensitive items minimizing the frequency of personnel and travel changes leading to DOD cost savings of $275,000. • Prepared and organized over 60 hours of training for two deployment readiness exercises as the non-commissioned officer in charge resulting in the certification of 10 Sentinel Radar teams. • Led the Fusion cell team using technical expertise to operate non-standard mission equipment to remotely troubleshoot and correct multiple Sentinel Radar faults for over 150 hours resulting in zero failures to the connection of the data pathways with Easter Air Defense Sector.

• Responsible for maintaining data within the Purchase Order (PO) system from initial PO entry through PO receipt within a pool concept environment. • Processes 40 plus purchase orders per day while maintaining communication with vendors and buyers to confirm accuracy of cost adjustments and alterations to the purchase order.• Ensures accurate information is obtained from vendors in compliance with Sarbanes-Oxley for data integrity and assists Buying and Merchandising teams in all supply chain aspects of the product, purchase order processing, and maintenance. • Knowledgeable, in detail, of ‘best practices’ for assigned buying groups to meet and exceed service level agreements and increase individual performance within the Purchase Order Department.

• Negotiated auto damage settlements according to applicable law defined under the policy of insurance and educated the insured on their policy and claims process, personally achieving 96.95% in file quality exceeding the 91% zone average. • Received Total Loss East Visionary Associate of the Month for January and April 2016 for outstanding performance out of 45 associates. • Managed a claims volume of over 100 claims per month while maintaining customer relationships resulting in zero escalations and resolving over 12% of customer inquiries for the Northeastern Claims Zone.• Tracked and compiled performance measurement data on total loss claims and communicated with vendors throughout the claims process to provide feedback on efficiency improvements to higher management and cost-effective results for our customers.
