Since May of 2022, I have been the Assistant Director of Rehab in a large SNF/LTC facility with an attached AL/IL. During this time, I have filled in at 2 facilities where Powerback provided therapy services as the interim Director of Rehab. My company received complementary feedback on my performance from both sites during the time I was in that role.

I accepted the DOR position in February of 2022, then found out days later that my facility was being sold to Medicalodges. Medicalodges uses Key Rehab exclusively in their facilities. I chose to stay with my company and accepted a position as the ADOR in another facility after the closure of our contract in Iola.
