Since 2004 I have served as a brand ambassador for East Coast Wings + Grill. Beginning as a server, I showed my dedication through hard work and leadership at the unit level. Recognizing these leadership traits, I was named as General Manager in 2007. Once again, doing my best to display a strong work ethic and the purest motivation for success, I earned a position at the National Franchise Service Center in 2008 as a part-time administrative assistant and became the IFT/Training Coordinator within a year and was promoted to Unit Level Systems Analyst in 2013. I then progressed to the Director of Functional Analytics in the Unit Level Economics department in early 2018. Gaining vast knowledge in all aspects of the business and applying it to the company visions, quickly led to taking over the Field Operations Department in 2020. Most recently I have accepted the role of Sr. VP of Brand Operations!
