Senior Administrative Specialist
• Provide direct support services for the Executive Team, including the President and CEO, EVP and Global Chief Accreditation Officer, EVP and Chief Operating and Financial Officer, SVP and Chief Marketing and Communications Officer, VP of Membership and SRM, and SVP and Chief Learning Officer.•Provide comprehensive indirect support services for the Leadership Team, including theDirector of Human Resources and the VP and Chief Information Officer.•Coordinate international and domestic calendar activities, meticulously scheduling appointments and meetings (via telephone, video conferencing, or in person), while managing email and mail correspondence for the Executive and Leadership Team.•Efficiently arrange complex travel itineraries, overseeing VISA and Passport approval processes to ensure seamless global travel logistics.•Process travel expenses and invoices with meticulous attention to detail, guaranteeing accurate submissions for streamlined processing and payment.•Provide intermittent reception coverage and proficiently manage telephone transmittals.•Spearhead global travel agency research initiatives, driving company-wide migration for enhanced efficiency and cost-effectiveness.•Utilize Microsoft Office and Adobe tools to craft and format documents for high-level meetings, ensuring clarity and professionalism.•Coordinate logistics for Committee and Board meetings on a global scale, handling all aspects from email notifications and calendar invitations to attendance tracking, agenda/packet preparation, and meticulous meeting minute refinement.•Act as the Project Manager for Responsible Research of Business Management (RRBM) events and meetings, orchestrating seamless execution of these critical global initiatives.
