My primary duty is to ensure new business is handled in an efficient manner as well as review and service existing client accounts. I work with fellow Operations Department members to perform these tasks.

Client Services Representative to Marci Bair and Victor Orozco. Keep things running smoothly by prepping forms for client needs, retrieving information needed from clients and outside sources, and working with Morningstar to analyze which fund(s) will best satisfy our clients' portfolios.

As the Director of Marketing at SDSU's Student Chapter of the Financial Planning Association my main role and ultimate goal was to increase membership within the club. I found it difficult to convince students to join in order to better their future by involving themselves with an organization such as ours. Membership numbers proved to increase with face to face personal marketing (and free pizza at meetings!). While the job proved itself to be difficult, it was very rewarding to see our club grow.
