With over eight years of experience in the public procurement field, I am a certified professional public buyer (CPPB) and a director of procurement, contract, and grant administration at Maryland Judiciary. In this role, I oversee the procurement of goods and services, the administration of contracts and grants, and the implementation of policies and procedures to ensure compliance and efficiency. I also manage a team of procurement professionals and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support the strategic goals and vision of the organization. One of my core competencies is manufacturing process improvement, which I apply to optimize the procurement operations and deliver value. I have a bachelor's degree in business administration, and I am passionate about advancing the public procurement profession and enhancing the public trust.
