Leave Of Absence Specialist
Current- Partner with leave administrator to ensure correct administration of all employee leave programs, including FMLA, Personal Medical leave, and other statutory leaves.
- Facilitate the ADA and PWFA interactive processes in conjunction with key stakeholders, including legal counsel and HR Business Partners, to ensure compliance and consistent treatment.
- Maintain accurate leave records and documentation, including tracking leave usage and coordinating return dates with key stakeholders and HR Business Partners.
- Support vendor management of leave administrator to ensure appropriate, timely claim adjudication to keep the organization compliant and maximize employee experience.
- Provide guidance and support to employees and key stakeholders regarding leave entitlements, documentation requirements, and return-to-work procedures.
- Assist legal counsel in the preparation of legal documents, gathering evidence, and providing input related to leave of absences.
