Currently: Olympic Sport Performance Operations at the USOPC, managing portfolios that include over 17 NGBs across multiple summer sport disciplines. Goals include sustaining competitive excellence for Team USA, providing exemplary support for athlete safety, health and well-being and supporting NGB high performance contacts with the best strategies for optimal performance. Additionally, added focus and continuing education in the fields of biochemistry, neuroscience, biomechanics, data/analytics and sport technology. Background: My background has an extensive emphasis on high performance, coaching, team operations, and strategy. Additionally, I have continued expertise in event/venue management and digital media, serving in various event leadership roles. This includes a demonstrated history of planning, overseeing and directing in the sport and entertainment production fields. Many consider me as a passionate leader with varied skills such as strategic planning, organization, budgeting, advertising, event operations and customer service.
