Finance Manager
CurrentTeam member of AMC Stubs Loyalty Program responsible for all analysis and insights related to 20MM+ membership program.• Analyze AMC Stubs database to identify churn triggers and utilize data to target and reduce churn.• Partner with Loyalty, Theater and Food & Beverage Marketing leveraging data insights to develop strategies.• Provide all monthly A-List churn, revenue and usage reporting to Executives.• Support launch of new loyalty programs by analyzing base customers, new members, churn/survivability and revenue impacts.• Measure effectiveness and success of Loyalty Marketing Campaigns and recommended alternative approaches as needed.
