Project: Banking Domain (Leasing): Project involves the development and maintenance of a desktop application for managing leasing contracts and invoices. Application interacts with other interfaces/services via webservices.Tools | Technologies: C#, Window Forms, WCF, SQL Server | TOSCA, JIRA, ConfluenceClient: A leading Austrian Bank providing financial services in Central and Eastern Europe.Key Responsibilities:- As a Scrum Master, Guiding, helping & ensuring that development team & organization follow Agile & Scrum practices and values.- Scheduling & Facilitating Scrum ceremonies, decision-making processes, conflict resolution, and eliminating impediments and blockers to team's progress.- Mentoring and motivating the team to improve processes and continually coaching the team to a higher Agile maturity level. - Determining and managing tasks, issues, risks, and action items.- Monitoring progress and performance and helping team to improve with retrospectives and coaching.- Planning and organizing demos for customer feedback.- Tracking project processes, deliverables, and Key performance indicators.- Preparing and presenting status reports to stakeholders.- Handling Internal & External quality audits to improve quality processes for increased efficiency and effectiveness.- As a Test Lead, Involved in Requirements Understanding, Test Plan creation, Estimations via Planning Poker, Test case writing and execution. Project & Defect management using JIRA. Actively working with colleagues to plan and manage the work necessary to perform and monitor testing for projects.- Tracking Project risks and working on contingency and mitigation plan with management.- Writing & maintaining automation scripts in Tricentis TOSCA.- Around 1.5 years of Onsite Experience for FAT/UAT support.- Participation in the forums for continuous improvements at BU Level by providing new ideas.
