Design organization development solutions for Research & Advanced Engineering targeting individual, team, and organization effectiveness. Manage the competency development framework for the organization including identifying competencies, assessing gaps in competency targets, and identifying solutions for those gaps.

Lead the Organization Change Management team for Ford’s Workforce One program, which is tasked with replacing the timekeeping system in all US & Canadian Ford Manufacturing locations. Responsible for the development and delivery of training and change management solutions to 55,000+ employees affected by this change.

Co-created Ford Motor Company’s 4D Change Management Process. Created a remote learning strategy used to design engaging training for delivery to a geographically dispersed global audience using available technology. Led the instructional design and development of the OD Institute course for senior HR leadership throughout the company. Became a certified MBTI practitioner through CPP.

Analyzed training needs across line organizations, managed the vendor selection process, as well as the subsequent design and development of training by the vendor. Created the ISD standards and specifications for Ford Learning & Development used for all training developed by the organization. Recipient of 4 national ASTD & ISPI awards for different projects complete during this time.

Partnered with various line organizations across Ford to conduct needs analysis and create performance improvement solutions to address those needs.

Partnered with the National Safety Council to design and develop computer-based and web-based training on Defensive Driving. Customers included: Ford US Postal Service, GM, Coca-Cola, US Army, Pepsi, Exxon, Frito Lay. Designed intranet-based driver training for all Ford Motor Company test tracks.
