Koach TV by Sensable Dynamics is like Netflix for Smart/Interactive fitness content providing video workouts that integrate with trackers and other connected devices.Sensable Dynamics has been recognized by numerous awards and was also incubated into the AIA Accelerator 2015, selected among a highly competitive pool of health-tech startups worldwide, receiving support from the AIA Group, KPMG, Amazon, and Microsoft.Responsibility:• Set up and optimized processes for accounting and bookkeeping, creating and curating content for fitness platform and social media• Trained and supervised freelancers on curating fitness content portfolio of up to 50 hours in three months. Optimized production time from 2.2x to 1.5x periods of the video length.• Managed and supervised two summer interns to generate and implement digital marketing strategies. • Set up and optimized processes to support cofounders such as conducted market research and competitive analysis to identify and prioritize targeted customer segment.• Set up beta testing and interview processes to collect and interpret customer feedbacks into user requirements for future iterations.• Managed startup budget. Resolved legal-related issues and office-related operations.
