• Tutored 250+ students in the utilisation of software interface TRACE® 700 for the estimation of cooling load in buildings.• Assisted 20 students across several majors, namely Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering as well as Electrical Power Engineering and Telecommunication Engineering, on projects regarding the design of VAC, fire safety, plumbing and elevator systems in buildings.

• Assisted Rolling Stock Depot Maintenance team for daily maintenance activities such as surveying the pantographs and brakes, examined the replacement of spare parts, and inspection of wheelset.• Over the course of 13 days during the Ratangga overhaul (overall maintenance and maintenance) trial simulation, assisted in the preparation and maintenance planning of bogies, pantographs and other supporting equipment of rolling stock, organized Sequence of Event excel sheets, and conducted documentation of the simulation.

• Co-supervised the recruitment of 59 human capital and developed a comprehensive training and on-board program for newly recruited staff.• Lead a team of 6 people in the assessment of staff including conducting bi-monthly evaluation reports to analyse work efficiency and forecast future workload.
