Working as a notary I accept assignments from title and mortgage companies. Working as a , notary, I conduct loan signing ,l receive mortgage documents and borrower contact information. I then meet with the borrowers and go over each document in which a signature is needed. notarizing the appropriate documents and answering questions from the borrowers. . When the signing is complete, it is my responsibility to send the documents back to the company for processing. Because of my experience as a broker/ real estate agent I am very knowlegeable about the closing process
