Impact & Achievement:• Successfully reduced technical barriers between engineers and PMs by initiating Low code platform to create new dashboard pages. Got honourable mention from C-levels in Town Hall meeting for this self initiative.

Impact & Achievement:• Increase unit test coverage in internal Flip dashboard from 24.xx% to 95.xx%.• Reduce bundle size of internal Flip dashboard by 20.9% smaller.• Implemented Trunk Based Development strategy and successfully reduced steps in deploymentsand improved efficiency in workflow.• Successfully reduce +70% dependency to internal team and giving ownership clarity by implementingmicro frontend architecture for first time in company with few guidance.• Successfully improve efficiency for initiating new remote micro-frontend projects by creating npmplugin to generate new projects.
