1. Assistant to Budget Custodian• Record each expense to its related SL.• Prepare monthly expense analysis for Marketing, Brand & Communication Sub Directorate.• Compile monthly marketing activities report for CIMB Group.• Prepare minutes of meeting for Marketing Committee Meetings. The meetings discuss about company marketing strategies, attended by CEO, CFO and directors.2. Customer Segmentation and Non Consumer Banking Division• Help formulate Out of Home Strategy for 2016. • Control annual promotion tools distribution.• Control out of home material schedule and distribution to each business product. 3. Temporary Secretary to Head of Marketing, Brand & Communication Sub Directorate. • Schedule and coordinate meetings, appointments and travel arrangements for sub director.• Record and process documents proposed for sub director approval. 4. Corporate Brand and Social Media Division • Update company website contents.• PIC of tactical campaign for Integrated Seasonal Campaigns. Include : coordinate promotions highlighted from each business products, prepare visual communication material for billboard and other out of home medias, prepare ads material for radio. • Coordinate corporate internal activities for Seasonal Campaigns, include branch dress up and employee selfie competition.• PIC for employee advocacy programs for social media, end to end. The program saving the company IDR70mio per month in social media ads expense.• Process payments for all activities and campaigns. Also payments for the 5-year-project Website Revamp for the year of 2016.• Involved in company's new brand positioning implementation project.
