CurrentAt Lumen Technologies, my role as an experienced business development manager is to help multinational organisations across the BeNeLux to optimise and their network infrastructure in order to effectively and efficiently run their business and make the most of transformational opportunities.In order to do this, I need to have a thorough and appreciative understanding of their business objectives. Typically, I begin with getting the know the people responsible for the network within a company. To be of any value to a customer, I need to look at what they need, what they need it for, and how they run their entire IT infrastructure. I think view everything from the perspective of the network and how that translates into the experiences they want for themselves and their customers.But like a good pair of trousers, it's got to be the right fit. Once it's clear that Lumen can bring value to a customer, then we move forward with a relationship. And once a plan is in place, I like to continue on that journey with them.
