My team and I enable brand performance by defining und running governance for processes and their automation. We set the strategic guiderails of collaboration at TRATON GROUP, aiming to evolve from synchronization to communalization. A major deliverable of our work is a long-term plan for conceptualization, implementation, and maintenance of the end-to-end processes of product development. We ensure processes of collaboration among our brands and govern group-wide topics like policies on Product Compliance and Environmental Compliance.

My department contributed to customer satisfaction and cost transparency by operatively and strategically managing the warranty process. Our goal was to enable the worldwide warranty processing with quality and efficiency. Therefore, we provided user-friendly and target group-specific systems based on SAP Warranty and the SAP Business Rule Framework. We offered support to more than 1.500 internal and external service partners with focus on service levels and stability. We governed warranty master data.
