Chris established his management and leadership skills in one of the most esteemed organizations in the world - the US Military. Building on his experience as an Army Officer, he honed his business expertise by obtaining his MBA and through continuous learning in Management Consulting. Joining Amazon in 2018 to build an 'ops leadership academy' for emerging executives, Chris now leads a team focused on end-to-end talent management and development of Senior Managers through VP. Over the course of 15+ years, he’s led teams through strategic initiatives, change efforts, and the planning/execution of countless initiatives at a global scale. From operations centers in Iraq to conference rooms in corporate America, Chris has led teams of people from all walks of life and at every organizational level. His teams have undertaken some of the most complex problems that exist.He is skilled at rapidly adapting to new environments, creating clarity in ambiguity, and inspiring action in the face of inertia.
