At my previous work, I mainly prepared and served beverages such as coffee, tea, and drinks. We used alternative ways of brewing coffee like Aeropress, drip, and Chemex. I also took orders while paying attention to details (e.g. preferences of coffee blend, dairy, and sugar ratios) and made sure to keep the bar area clean.The most exciting part of this work was human connection. I loved learning about clients' preferences and advising which beverages they should get or which coffee grains they should try. I also enjoyed training newbies and helping them get better and more confident with customers.

Beach Please is a funky food truck in a beautiful location at the Polish sea. I joined the team in 2019 and started in the position of window attendant, food preparer, and cashier. In my second season, I was promoted to shift manager to assign tasks, supervise our staff, monitor inventory levels, and balance the cash register at the end of the day. In 2021 I became a Manager. My main responsibility was to find, recruit and train the new staff, order supplies, oversee stock levels, and arrange employee schedules.
