- Worked to manage priorities and relationships between multiple vendors, applications, and platforms to be able to successfully support the implementation of SPP’s Integrated Marketplace- Subject Matter Expert for the Markets Operator Interface (MOI) and Post Operation Processing System (POPS) during the implementation of SPP’s Integrated Marketplace..

• Working as a liaison between business partners and application programmers to resolve issues and deliver enhancements within the Alltel billing system.
• Responsible for maintaining quality and integrity within the Alltel billing system while ensuring all Service Level Agreements are met.
• Served as a primary contact for functionality differences between the Alltel and Verizon billing systems to help implement the conversion to the Verizon billing system within one year.
• Worked on multiple successful billing system conversions where customers were converted into and out of the Alltel billing system

• Responsible for coordinating and implementing tactical, “quick fix” solutions within the development pipeline while maintaining quality and integrity within the Billing System.

• Coordinated enhancements/projects within the development life cycle.
• Worked closely with projects to ensure that all time lines, conflicts, and issue were met and resolved in an appropriate and timely manner
• Prepared a monthly executive summary and newsletter of upcoming development initiatives and details of enhancements that were installed into a Production environment during the month.

• Performed testing of new and existing functionality within Alltel’s Billing Systems and their external interfaces to ensure minimal user impact during final install.
• Developed test plans for testing upcoming enhancements in order to verify all components of the enhancement are delivered correctly with a minimal impact to Production processing.

• Answered calls from Sales and Customer Service representatives about technical issues related to phone and network problems

• Answered customer calls from customers related to billing and assisted in resolution of billing and technical issues.
