- Responsible for the design of the accounting systems, the internal control procedures and the financial reporting of four of the LISC subsidiaries.- Full charge accountant for the following LISC subsidiaries: NRNYC, LLC (Construction, $35m budget), CWP, LLC (Construction, $20m budget) and TRI-94, LP (Real Estate, $1m budget).- Responsible for the accounting and financial reporting of NMSC, LLC a LISC subsidiary awardee of $693m in new markets tax credits by the CDFI of the US dept. of the Treasury.- Responsible for the design of the accounting systems, consolidation schedules and financial reporting of fifteen NMSC subsidiaries.- Responsible for the design, the preparation and the presentation of the financial reports of the LISC subsidiaries to their respective Boards of Directors.- Redesigned, to achieve more reporting efficiency, the LISC areas of private revenue ($52m), investments ($134m) and loans payable ($196m).- Full charge accountant responsible for the LISC areas of private revenue, investments and loans payable.- Prepared LISC’s upper management executive reporting in the areas of private revenue and investments.- Responsible for the preparation and monitoring of the yearly LISC NYC $4m budget.

- Responsible for accounts payable/receivable, billing/invoicing, collections, financialstatements, petty cash and sales tax returns.- Prepared general ledgers, financial statements and year end closings.
