About Wilbert Smith
I was born and raised in Port Huron Michigan. I joined the United States Air Force in 1985 and worked in ICBM Missile Maintenance for 22.5 years. I was stationed in South Dakota, Montana, and Wyoming. I enjoy learning something new every day of my life. My greatest fulfillment involves teaching others what I know and learning from them. I love problem solving and reading schematics to determine possible fault locations and testing the circuits to find the actual faults. I found it to be my passion and pursued the Bachelors of Science in Electronics Engineering and Technology from ECPI University. I would love to obtain a position in a company that would allow me to further my knowledge by working directly with other engineers. In my Air Force Service I have earned the Meritorious Service medal, five Air Force Commendation Medals, and three Air Force Achievement Medals.
