Provides and manages the technical training, certification and operational employment of intelligence and offensive focused cyberspace high-demand/low-density capabilities, equipment and skill sets to meet intelligence and partner objectives. Designing and implementing operational strategy, goals and objectives matched to global counterterrorism organizational requirements. Actively liaising with partners and the U.S. inter-agency to design and implement shared objectives in cyberspace. Designing and formulating near- and long-term plans for operational cyberspace platforms and capabilities to achieve max performance and utility. Functions at the ground level of where the nation's capabilities are employed in and through cyberspace to meet national-tactical objectives.

Ensured the full integration of national intelligence capabilities, resources and authority to support the theater-wide intelligence needs of U.S. Central Command. Liaised with a broad spectrum of National Security Agency offices and capabilities to develop tailored and time sensitive military and geo-political intelligence requirements. Managed for the professional, technical development and career progression for joint military and NSA civilians. Lead and managed National Security Agency theater operations/mission for five months in designed area of hostilities. Obtained Joint Qualified Officer certification.

Led, managed and postured a broad range of high-demand/low-density intelligence capabilities and resources used to collect and interpret the operational environment in order to drive and influence the direct employment of 2,500 personnel (Marine Expeditionary Unit) in a range of mission sets while in a deployed setting. Liaisoned and collaborated throughout all Department of Defense intelligence focused organizations and the U.S. Intelligence Community resources while conducting extended operations matched against numerous national-tactical objectives in the U.S. Pacific and Middle-East theaters of operations. Directed and optimized resources supporting ground, air and logistics organizations meet operational objectives while serving in seven different countries simultaneously. Developed collections management, sensor strategies (ground and air assets) and nested plan with theater-wide architecture.

Lead key inputs and efforts to drive the initial stand-up of a completely new Marine Corps' organization (Marine Forces Cyberspace Command). In a complex Department of Defense and inter-agency environment, sought to methodically define the operational parameters for how this organization would provide intelligence, effects and defensive measures in and through cyberspace to meet a range of objectives. Authored extensive Marine Corps business rules, strategy and operational concepts that were used as the foundational document to drive a year-long Marine Corps-wide study ultimately leading to the appropriations and acceptance of requirements to generate Marine Corps-wide capabilities.
