Facility Operations Manager
Current►Successfully managing overall activities of the department. Planning, organizing and directing the work of personnel engaged in supervising the engineering operation and cleaning of the facility, loading dock operation, operations office staff, including the set up and strike in preparation of the site for the US Open and other non – tenis events► Responsible for team sizes ranging up to 250 employees in the top season period ► Supporting Senior Director in development, planning and execution of capital improvement projects►Prepare and manage annual operations budget. Cost control & reduction► Insure all systems within the complex are complete and operating correctly according to performance specifications. Ensure the operational integrity of all facility systems ► Maintain operating condition of buildings and equipment repairs► Develop and implement work performance and safety standards for operational personnel► Oversee and verify completion of routine preventative maintenance programs for a wide variety of outside vendors and specialty trades and City Departments ► Oversee US Open USTA full time and seasonal staff on their court level cleaning operation, and outside vendor on all other US Open cleaning and NTC year round complex cleaning ► Monitor and/or plan work projects completed by outside vendors► Direct purchasing, requisitioning and warehousing of adequate inventory of supplies, materials and equipment for operation of complex
