Executive Admin, Project Coordinator To Chief People & Culture Officer
CurrentPerform administrative duties in support of the CPCO’s daily activities.Maintain/Preserve the CPCO’s schedule, travel arrangements and expense reports, and logistical coordination of conference calls, meetings, and follow-up materials.Responsible for the administrative details of meetings and special events. Preparation of board reports, memos, proposals, and presentation materials. Work closely with internal teams (e.g., marketing, creative, learning & development etc.) as well as vendors to improve the quality of the employee life cycle, section support, and overall culture of the organization.Manage special projects across culture-centered activities, monitor budgets, and track progress and results.Maintain and process the paperwork related to the payment of contracts, invoices, and professional.
