About Will A.
Will A. is a Materials Program Manager - R and D at Foxconn Industrial Internet. Colleagues describe him as "I have had the pleasure of working with Will for the past 6 years. He was my inside sales support at Sicon and the first person I would contact on any potential issue that would arise. Will was always quick to respond to any inquiry I had, but also would update me as resolutions were being worked out. Communication is the key in a quality business relationship and Will has proven time and time again that he is willing to go that extra step until a situation has a resolution. If you want a hardworking, detail oriented, communicative employee, I highly recommend giving Will a call. He will get back to you ASAP." and "Over the five years Will has been with Sicon, he has proven time and again how effective he is in distilling complex customer programs down into easy-to-understand summaries, which have been much more efficient than how we had been conveying status information. He is on top of customer schedules and their inventory levels, as well as tracking our production capabilities and tracking shipments between our China factory and our California warehouse. Several customers have complex portals that require great attention to detail to locate new purchase orders, to document QA data, get packaging approval and finally to arrange shipping logistics. All have their own quirks and Will has been able to master them, and document the not so obvious steps to making them work. I don’t think anyone else in our organization could have done as well as Will has done. Internally, we are a challenging organization to figure out. Processes and policies can be inconsistent and are not well documented if at all. Since Will is process oriented it is sometimes not an easy environment to fit into. Will had some frustrations as we all do, but due to his ability to adapt, he’s learned our way and is able to predict how things will go. Will has been a very good hire for us and I’d gladly hire him again given the opportunity."
