Head Of Employee Experience Programs
CurrentBrief: I lead a team of analysts & program architects responsible for Qualtrics' internal EX program strategy, helping Qualtrics be our own best customer in EX:-- Owning the overall governance & strategy of how we listen to and engage with our people; ensuring Qualtrics has the right policies, processes, systems, technology, and resourcing to understand employees across all of the moments that matter in the employee lifecycle-- Leading EX methodology for Qualtrics' People team, supporting survey design and deployment, conducting maturity model and value assessments of Qualtrics' >200 internal listening touch-points-- Leading workforce analytics and people research; developing predictive models for attrition, burnout, and other employee outcomes; building distributed insights frameworks, from ad hoc reports to unified dashboards used by hundreds of people managers across all geos & business units-- Partnering with the CHRO, CEO, COO, and the broader executive leadership team to understand what data tells us about our people; informing strategic decisions impacting our employees, from major policy & workforce changes (IPO, Covid management, RTO, multiple acquisitions, going public to private, workforce reduction and restructurings) to real-estate assessments and benefits conjoint analyses, and everything in-between-- Supporting Qualtrics' EX tech-stack and process integration with numerous other people data systems; designing workflows that ensure we minimize friction, reduce admin burden, and help our data talk to each other-- Redesigning Qualtrics' peer-peer multi-rater assessment program (360) and the performance, development, promotion, and feedback processes-- Working with our product, engineering, and UX teams to "drink our own champagne", developing and testing new products and features for our EX product suite-- Working with sales leaders and GTM teams to help our customers understand what EX looks like at Qualtrics
