I was selected from thousands of entrants to take part in a 10 week television show. The premise was 10 musicians of different genres live together for 10 weeks, learn to dance, sing and act with the training of industry professionals, with the goal of performing a an original musical live on Channel 4, which pulled in over quarter of a million viewers when it was aired.In my time on the show I found my strengths were relentless dedication to the tasks set, coping with extreme pressure in an unusual situation, building my confidence, and my ability to assimilate new information quickly.A large part of my experience was meeting and working with production staff of Shine Productions, industry experts in the music/musical/acting fields, and numerous professionals and celebrities. I worked with a diverse cross-section of individuals, again, highlighting my communication skills and adaptability to unfamiliar challenging situations.
