Yoga Sculpt Instructor
Current- Deliver high-energy, 60-minute yoga classes at least 4x per week to 30 participants at a time, combining traditional yoga practices with strength training and cardio- Design and implement dynamic class sequences tailored to various fitness levels, ensuring an engaging and challenging experience for all attendees- Foster a supportive and inclusive class environment by welcoming students and using names during class, motivating and inspiring participants to achieve their personal fitness goals- Utilize feedback and requests to tailor future classes and keep customers returning on a weekly basis
