I work with Focal Point as an Associate facilitator and trainer. Focal Point are an amazing organisation who work extensively with clients to help shape workplace behaviour. In my work with Focal Point I have facilitated sessions for a variety of clients on subjects including Creating a Positive Workplace Environment, Moving our Team Forward, Manager and Supervisor Training, Time Management and Managing Challenging Conversations. I have also undertaken a number of coaching projects (including Focal Point's Risk to Reward coaching). I am accredited to deliver Clarity4D projects through Focal Point. I particularly enjoy working with Focal Point because of their high standard of client care - Focal Point pay huge attention to detail and are highly supportive of their clients, in particular ensuring that the projects delivered through the company will sustain momentum and make a lasting difference.

I am an Associate Trainer at The Centre, designing and delivering courses on their open programme in London and also for a number of their corporate, not-for-profit and charity sector clients. The Centre is a popular training company based on Old Street, specialising in management, communication, administration, writing and personal effectiveness courses. I work with a number of Centre's clients to develop training specific to their needs, which can range from supporting an aspect of organisational change to helping staff and teams to become more confident in an area of their work. I train in a range of subjects including management, recruitment and interviewing, equality, assertiveness and volunteer management.

I work extensively as a trainer, facilitator and consultant, designing and delivering training courses on a diverse range of subjects ranging from management and leadership development to soft skills. My particular specialism lies in subjects connected to promoting respect and positive behaviour, equality, diversity and inclusion and preventing bullying and harassment. I have worked in person and virtually with a wide variety of clients in multiple industries across the world. I work directly with a variety of clients and also as an Associate with a number of organisations. I am currently working extensively with organisations to help prepare them for the Worker Protection Act, preventing sexual harassment in the workplace.

I have worked with Hilderstone College in a number of capacities over the years. Hilderstone is a respected English Language College for adults and professionals, consistently one of the highest rated in the country and an important part of my local community. As a Social Assistant I play a role in supporting the social life of students at the College, introducing them to the area and the UK and leading trips to places of interest.

Working in conjunction with an accomplished digital designer, developer and artist on projects utilising design and technology to promote human rights and positive social change. Some of our project included an experimental digital democracy project, working to support an election monitoring NGO in Jamaica, a campaign to heighten awareness of the Government's plan to abolish A-Levels in Food and supporting the work of a youth speaking programme in Manchester.
