Senior manager with over 25 years of experience in transportation engineering design and construction engineering and inspection services. Spent the first 18 years of my career advancing through the ranks within multiple TxDOT Districts, including Odessa and Lubbock, eventually becoming the Area Engineer. As Lubbock Area Engineer, I oversaw all construction and maintenance activities in Lubbock County and managed projects totaling over $600 million, including all phases of the Marsha Sharp Freeway, several sections of Loop 289 and many other major roadways in the Lubbock Area. In 2012, I joined PaveTex, an Atlas Company, and was responsible for day-to-day engineering and construction oversight to ensure compliance with plans and specifications, and in 2019, promoted to Vice Present and became responsible for the Lubbock, El Paso, and Midland offices where I am managing all our full-time employees and responsible for teaming arrangements, subcontract agreements, geotechnical reports, cost proposals, scheduling, estimating, and P&L responsibility. PaveTex fully became Atlas Technical Consultants in April 2021. Atlas Technical Consultants is located in more than 40 states, in over 140 offices and with more than 3,500 employees serving a variety of public and private sector clients to be the premier provider of infrastructure-based engineering with added capabilities in materials testing, inspection, certification, environmental compliance and building commissioning services in the country.
