    As the lead Business Analyst on one of the company’s core products, I was responsible for ensuring the quality of all customer requirements and that they matched the product strategy.Working with all levels of stakeholder from Directors to front line staff. I reduced the time to complete system actions by typically 50-80% by applying Lean principles. This was delivered in rapid step wise improvements through agile development methods focusing on the minimal viable product functionality to provide almost immediate customer satisfaction improvements.Also acted as a consultant to our customers, constructively challenging customer requirements to ensure they matched the customers’ own business strategy and project objectives. Where required helping to develop the customers’ strategy, business/project objectives and the business case. This also included change management and process improvement services to ensure the client gained the benefits expected.I was a driving force for successful Agile adoption and movement away from the traditional waterfall methodology. I proved the value of this method to a key client by successfully managing the first client facing agile project.
