From families with small children to Las Vegas casinos looking to entertain club members, my goal was to connect with each party to identify why they visit a restaurant, enabling me to do everything possible ensure that their initial experience exceeds expectations. My experience in multiple facets of the restaurant business helped me to set members of the staff up for success from the start so that we could deliver on these expectations and create customers for life.In my time in the healthcare management field, I worked to provide innovative software and business solutions to healthcare providers so that they could deliver the best outcomes possible for their patients. In an ever-changing industry, I connected with patients, providers, insurance companies, and software developers to eliminate barriers and establish the most efficient workflows possible. I kept up with industry changes to ensure that my client's policies and procedures were as up-to-date as possible, allowing them to focus on patient care. My attention to detail also provided me with opportunities to expand my skill set and provide training for both company employees and clients.All of this experience helped me hone my communication skills and effectively deliver solutions on time.
