With more than 15 years of experience in service industries, I have developed a passion for team-building and problem solving. In an ever-changing industry, I connected with patients, providers, insurance companies, and software developers to eliminate barriers and establish the most efficient workflows possible. I kept up with industry changes to ensure that my client's policies and procedures were as up-to-date as possible, allowing them to focus on patient care. Multiple, Ranging From Clerk To Project ManagerThreaded Fasteners, Inc. Jan 2004 - Aug 2005Mobile, AlDuring my time at Threaded Fasteners, I held many different positions. I began in the shop operating hydraulic benders, what was affectionately called the "hot saw" and other machinery in order to fill special orders for custom fasteners. After a couple of months, I moved into the warehouse and was responsible for filling orders to be shipped all over the country. Although I began filling smaller orders to be shipped through UPS and other similar carriers, my responsibilities quickly grew to include the packaging and shipping of much larger freight orders measured by the ton. For a time I headed the Transfer department, which handled large transfers of inventory from one branch of the company to the other. I also headed the Shipping & Receiving Department on an interim basis and was responsible for overseeing the whole of the inventory as well as managing the shipping and receiving of everything that entered or exited the warehouse. Before leaving the company to continue my education, my last project was to oversee a small team whose responsibility it was to prepare and package an order valued in the six figure range encompassing a second warehouse that spanned an entire city block.
