With over 7 years of experience in the insurance industry, I am a passionate and driven commercial insurance specialist who thrives on delivering exceptional service and value to my clients. I have a strong background in commercial property and casualty insurance, as well as a proven track record of developing and managing successful distributor relationships. I am currently part of the Commercial Lines Sales Team at Houchens Insurance Group, a leading independent insurance agency in Kentucky.In my current role, I leverage my skills in sales leadership, challenger sales, and distributor management to identify, prospect, and close new business opportunities, as well as to retain and grow existing accounts. I work closely with the underwriting, claims, and risk management departments to provide customized solutions that meet the needs and goals of my clients. I also prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and reports using a variety of operating systems and tools.
