Program:- Lead the Platform team for HS Midweek. .- Help shape the theme and direction of each night and make sure that all components on theplatform move students toward the intended purpose.- Be part of the HS Midweek teaching rotation.- Help recruit leaders for the midweek program.- Work in collaboration with other HS coordinator on schedule, process and structure for the HSmidweek program.- Be available Wednesday evenings to help with any day-of planning, set-up or teardown.- Keep the schedule updated for each week and made available.- Communicate with the tech team and the worship team on a weekly basis.- Listen to students, care for students, meet with students.Events:- Communicate with scheduling and other church departments as needed for any on-site events.- Work in project management system to help with design and promotion needs for events.- Be the creative force behind events.- Help recruit volunteers for events.- Research venues and options for events, make the first contact with potential vendors.- Coordinate with admin support staff to take care of the purchase orders and paperwork for theevent.- Help with set-up tear down and day-of event responsibilities.

- Responsible for the safe, efficient and timely operation of a school bus, van or any other type of commercial passenger vehicle. Transport passengers to and from home, school, or other destination as assigned.- Train new employees to successful pass Behind the wheel test to acquire and/or renew CDL.

- Picking up and checking in large groups of people (mostly elementary and junior high school age) at busy metropolitan airports, attractions, restaurants, hotels, - Giving fun and enthusiastic descriptions about the sights and places that the group is seeing.- Giving accurate passenger counts and being responsible for billings checks, and cash.- Keeping records of financial transactions, being responsible for keeping track of important documents and other equipment.- Presenting our nation’s Christian Legacy at various sights without showing religious bias or preference.- Handling emergency and on the spot decisions with a clear mind.- Working with the organizing teacher diplomatically without causing dissension, yet maintaining safety and observing ACTS policies and guidelines.- Being time-conscious, waking up on time, meeting appointments, getting the group to the airport on time allowing for traffic and possible delays.

Mcnaughton, Wi

- Oversee worship ministry for campers.- Recruit, Equip, and Lead worship band volunteers.- Lead worship during daily sessions and Thursday night celebration.- Lead worship for summer staff session and campfires.- Pick songs and scripture.- Work with programming team to: set up adult banquet, teenager programming, tube float, etc.- Disciple summer staff.- Connect with campers.
