• Responsible for IT operations at U.S. Embassies Beirut, Ottawa, Algiers, Copenhagen and Dhahran, Saudi Arabia• Routine job responsibilities included cyber-security, contingency planning, secure communications, mobile computing, remote access solutions, ServiceNow trouble ticketing, equipment life-cycle management, LAN/WAN network operations and cloud transition.
