William Brown, LICSW, M.Ed., CEAP - PROFESSIONAL BIOGRAPHYWill Brown, LICSW, M.Ed., CEAP has been with AllOne Health, a global leader in occupational health, since 1998 and recently served as the New England Region Executive Director of Employee and Student Assistance Services. Will transitioned to Clinical & Senior Account Manager given a recent relocation to Tuscon Arizona. Will’s early EAP experience involved developing public sector employee assistance programs for over 300 cities and towns in Massachusetts covering over 100,000 lives. The success of this program has led to two other state-wide EAP programs adopting the model that Will has guided for over 23 years. Applying the principles of core EAP technology has guided Will’s practice and influenced his OD consulting work dedicated to helping organizations resolve conflict and develop leaders through executive coaching, mediation and team building. As a thought leader in the EAP industry, Will has published articles on team building and change management and has presented on topics ranging from workplace bullying to succession planning.
