After graduating with from Manchester Metropolitan University with a 2:1 degree in BSc Information Technology, Will began his career working in a busy support centre for IBM as an IT Analyst, where he provided phone support for the Lloyds-TSB group, using a combination of phone/customer service skills learnt from previous part time jobs as a Spar Shop Supervisor and Ikea Customer Service team member, as well as his academic skills in IT.From here he went on to work for Bruntwood, one of the largest Property companies within the north west, for 5 years in the position of IT Assistant. Supporting approximately 300 users in a Windows Server 2003/2008/Lotus Domino/Notes based environment, providing face to face, phone and remote access support. Key areas included server administration, desktop support, disaster recovery management, VPN/Network implementation/support.Will then progressed to VMG/Digital Info Tech as IT&Network Manager. Continuing to work with Windows server 2003/2008, he added Exchange 2003/2007, Sharepoint and Cisco experience to his role.
