IT & Maintenance supervisor is a two part roll.IT supporting users with both application and hardware support, Upgrading the IT infrastructure and liaising with our external IT support providers. Maintenance: providing all facets of building maintenance including swimming pool and spa facilities work with a small team doing PPM and reactive support. Liaising with external contractors and customers.

Provided both first and second line support to both the external estate agency channel and in house. Specialized in computer hardware repairs. Was responsible for deploying of hardware and providing support for the bespoke corporate software for training courses around the country.

This was a cost accountancy roll, where I was responsible for compiling claims for additional works and costs on multi-million Pound contracts. Each claim was prepared to audit level with relevant supporting documentation for the clients auditors to check, approve and pay. This was a fast moving environment which was stimulating and rewarding.

Property: Administered the company property portfolio, forecasting income for management accounts, facilitating repairs and liaising with both tenants and contractors. Along with inspecting the portfolio for condition and would be called upon to inspect and asses suitability of new sites for the company. This was my first place of employment. The bank had a policy of job rotation so employees would have a broad spectrum knowledge of the business. It was in the bank that I leaned the importance of good customer service. This aspect of the bank has remained with me all my working life.
